The DTv5 is hands down the best concentrates/wax atomizer out there.
What really sets it apart is not only it's ability to be used with temperature control, but also it's accuracy when paired with a quality vape mod - one that utilizes either a DNA or YiHi chip - as they are widely recognized by the vaping community for having the most accurate temperature control devices out there (with plenty of empirical data supporting this). You're able to dial in the exact melting and vaporizing point of a given substance (hint: the DTv5 can be used with more than just THC concentrates). Never worry about a harsh hit, chazzed bowl, lost terps, etc. Say goodbye to the days of wasted product. This thing is efficient.
Another feature that places the DTv5 above it's competition is the fact that it is 100% rebuildable. Every single part is readily available and can be easily replaced in minutes. It is easy to fully disassemble and reassemble for cleaning.
One of my favorite things about the DTv5 is how versatile it is. When I'm at the house I keep it attached to my dab rig on my desk and I'm able to take huge rips without needing to take a "traditional" dab using my torch and quartz banger. If I'm on the go and need to be discreet, I simply pair it with one of my smaller Yihi mods and it looks like a regular nicotine vape. When I'm out of town for work I can bring my Hubble Bubble for perfect water cooled rips. There are all kinds of accessories out there for the DTv5 and you can truly customize your setup just the way you like it.
So far I've listed nothing but positives, but like any device it does take some time to set up. The DTv5 will absolutely work like a champ straight out of the box if you plan on only using power (wattage) mode, but if you're a temperature control nerd like I am, it does take some time to get it dialed in with your mod. It isn't difficult at all, but the process - which is very simple and instructions can be found on reddit/YouTube/ineedhemp - can be a bit time consuming. If you have multiple mods that you plan on using it with, you will need to repeat this process with each of them. It took me about an hour total to get my DTv5 dialed in perfectly with my Yihi SL class v2 and Yihi G class v2 mods. However long it takes you, I promise it's worth it.
Aside from getting your mods TC dialed in, there really are no other drawbacks to the DTv5 and I can't recommend it enough.
