Due to the pandemic and large order volume, especially during new product releases, we are experiencing processing times of 1-3 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. If you have not received this email and it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about your order status.
We are not able to make any promises, but if you are interested in making small changes to your order, like product flavor, shipping address, or combining processing orders, please send us an email ASAP at email@example.com and we will try our best to make it work. If your order is already being processed, we may not be able to make any changes. We are also unable to add any additional products to your order once it is placed, so if you forgot something, please make another order.
Please make sure to double check that your shipping address was accurate when you placed your order by checking your order confirmation. If it is correct, please wait 24-48 hours after it was marked as delivered to see if the package does end up arriving. If not, check with your neighbors and then contact the shipping carrier about the missing package. Once you have done that, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have left our facility, but we will try our best to help locate your package or provide a replacement if possible.
All sales are final. At this time, we are not able to offer any refunds or returns due to the nature of our products and our inability to resell any product that leave our facility. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try our best to resolve the problem.
