WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Due to the pandemic and large order volume, especially during sales or new product releases, we are experiencing processing times of up to 4 business days. However, many orders are being processed within 1-2 business days or same day. When your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. If you have not received this email and it has been more than 4 business days since you placed your order, you can contact us at [email protected] to learn more about your order status.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED? We are not able to make any promises, but if you are interested in making small changes to your order, like product flavor, shipping address, or combining multiple processing orders, please send us an email ASAP at [email protected] and we will try our best to make it work. If your order is already being processed or has left our facility, we may not be able to make any changes. We are also unable to add any additional products to your order once it is placed, so if you forgot something, please make another order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email right away at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request and process a refund for you. If your order has already left our facility, we will not be able to cancel your order.
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. If you realize that you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please email us ASAP at [email protected] so we can correct it. We can not guarantee that your customer service request will be seen and the address fixed prior to the order being processed and shipped out. If your order has already shipped, we can not make any changes. We are not responsible for replacement or refund of any orders that were shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout.
If an incorrect address was entered and the package is returned to us, we can reship the package to the correct address, but you will need to pay the full shipping cost (we subsidize part of the shipping cost for most shipping options, so this may be higher than what you originally paid) and a $10 reprocessing fee at our discretion. The processing time on reships once they are received back at our warehouse is about 2-4 business days. If the package is returned to us and you would instead prefer a refund, we must subtract our original full shipping costs (again, this may be higher than what you originally paid for shipping) from the refund amount.
MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO ARRIVE. Unfortunately, there have been some delays with all of the shipping couriers that we use. The time frames that we provide at checkout for each of the shipping options are just estimates and we are unable to control or predict how long it will take to get your order once it leaves our facility. If your order is taking an unusually long amount of time to arrive, please first contact the shipping courier as they should be able to provide you with an update. If you would like to get your next order as fast as possible, please choose a faster shipping option at checkout.
MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. Please make sure to double check that your shipping address was accurate when you placed your order by checking your order confirmation. If it is correct, please wait 24-48 hours after it was marked as delivered to see if the package does end up arriving. If not, check with your neighbors and then contact the shipping carrier about the missing package. Once you have done that, you can contact us at [email protected] We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have left our facility, but we will try our best to help locate your package or provide a replacement if possible.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? All sales are final. At this time, we are not able to offer any refunds or returns due to our inability to resell any product that leaves our facility. If an item arrives damaged or something is wrong with your order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try our best to resolve the problem.
