Gummy Double Pack

Finally figured it out

At first I thought it was defective but figured out that the power switch is subdued and is at the top of the black panel. There’s no haptic (feedback) so you have to just tap the power button five times. Works great now. I will try to learn more.

Great HIGH Quality Vape!

This little device is well worth the money (after using for about 2 weeks, no clogs/need to "pop" it) and this website is the BEST option imo to get a discount off the manufacturer's own site. Shipped quickly and affordably, $4 with a free D9 chocolate!

It definitely feels built to last, and has a nice powder coat, or maybe plastic-dip type paint, that feels nice and smooth, with just enough grip that it's not slippery. I got the black color, and it doesn't immediately look like a vape, which is nice if there are judgy people around. Imo, it looks more like an external battery or SSD.

The mechanism that slings the cart out is firm and sturdy with no play in the switch, and the cart will not be pushed back down without pressing the switch back down. The cart has a little wobble when out, but I think that is so it doesn't immediately break off if it hits something, ruining the device. The buttons feel nice, also. I don't feel like they'll be popping off or getting stuck pushed in or anything.

The one thing I sort of wish it had is a preheat function, though it does pull very well without it, just something I'm used to using. However, I do notice a little burning sensation in my throat sometimes, so I may need to adjust voltage and experiment, because the little mass produced pen I was using probably wasn't always operating at the voltage it suggested by the light color due to being literally a $5 pen. Overall 5 stars for build quality and doing what it's meant to do!

PS. I have been using this device exclusively on D8+CBD oils from Hemp Generation at 2.7v, as suggested by the cart's manufacturer.

Return policy

Sea
led and unopened items (excluding distillates, isolates, and edibles) are eligible to be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the date marked delivered. A fee of $4.99 is charged for all returns receiving a refund, however, if you choose to receive store credit this fee is waived. Please contact us at help@harborcityhemp.com to initiate a return and receive your return label.

Returns on defective devices can be made within 45 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at help@harborcityhemp.com if you have a defective device. Outside of this return window, please contact the manufacturer about any defects.

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen and you purchased Route Shipping Protection for your order, you can file a claim here. For all other issues, you can contact us help@harborcityhemp.com and we will do our best to help you!

If you are granted a refund for whatever reason and you paid with cryptocurrency through Coinbase, any refunds may be subject to transactional fees if applicable (these fees will be subtracted from the refund amount if applied).

SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping times that we provide at checkout are estimates once the package has been dropped off with USPS. We do not guarantee same day shipping. We normally ship within 1-4 business days from when the order was placed. We can not guarantee the delivery date, only the shipping method that is chosen. We will ship your order using the shipping method that you have chosen, or upgrade your shipping method at our discretion, but we can not guarantee that your package will arrive within the estimated time frame.

We are not responsible for orders that are delivered by USPS outside of the estimated time frame as this is completely out of our control. We will not issue refunds for orders that are still in transit, even if they are arriving late.

USPS is currently experiencing extreme delays due to the pandemic. They are also not properly scanning packages and updating tracking. If your package tracking says “Acceptance Pending” that means that your package has been dropped off and accepted, but has not been updated since then. This is normal and does not signal a problem with your order.

If your order has not been delivered within 28 business days from the date you ordered, this is unfortunately normal at this time and we are not able to do anything to speed up delivery. Please do not choose USPS at checkout if you do not wish to experience these delays as they are very possible right now. We are unable to process refunds for shipping or orders that are inside of the 28 business day window. Most delayed packages end up arriving within this timeframe.

If your package has been marked as “Delivered” by USPS, but you do not have the package, please contact USPS as they may be able to locate your package for you or give further details. We can not confirm whether or not the package was actually delivered and we are not responsible for stolen packages.
