Secondly, for the customers who have issues with clogging or experience other technical difficulties like certain threads firing and others not firing at all: Y’all are wasting your money (and potential extra free starship replacement) with each passing day, if you don’t contact Hamilton’s support about your issues. The types of issues about which I am reading, here, are exactly what need to be sent to Hamilton’s support email, because within 60 days of buying their products (from anywhere, not just their site), as long as you provide a small video to demonstrate the issue and show your invoice / receipt from the place you purchased any given hamilton product (including from HCH), they will absolutely send a brand new operational fresh hardware replacement for free. They have a VERY generous policy with warranties, covering most everything (except for glass piece broken by the user, albeit it does cover glass pieces broken in transit). I had to do this with my PS1, and they sent me a brand new (upgraded, might I add, given USB-C port) version without even so much as considering asking me to return the original product. That allowed my one-side-firing/one-side-not PS1 to stay with me, while getting another PS1 in the mail, shockingly fast, for absolutely 100% free. And my old PS1 that needed replacing due to one side not firing? Well…I got to keep it and put a dummy plug in the non-firing side, effectively making it a KR1 (single-cart bubbler version as opposed to the double-cart PS1), so I had two operational devices, with no frills, no catch, all gravy.

Honestly I did not know if I would like this or if it was just going to be a waste of money however after trying my carts in it I would never go back to smoking my carts any other way as this has made it most enjoyable to smoke my carts I had the yolk and ziva before this and it was okay to smoke my car she was like chewing nicorette when you wanted a cigarette but after putting my cart into the starship the way that it milks it yes you'll go through cards fast but trust me the high off of them is worth it it will be the only way I ever smoke a cart again and the fact that I have option to also smoke wax with my cards or just waxing this unit this is a hands down winner and it also comes with the attachment from my bong yes please overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase my only complaint would be that the button gets stuck and remember to flip the switch at the bottom because there is an air flow switch that helps you get good hits I saw reviews for people like yeah it barely hit and I couldn't get the three cards to do anything flip your switch on the bottom for air flow and it will milk them have a good one and I hope that you enjoy your purchase trust me you won't regret it
