Eventually, you will have to replace the heaters for your Divine Tribe V5 Micro Diffuser and Core 2.0 E-rig. These replacement heaters are made of high-quality ceramic with an internal heating element that goes through the base and inside walls. This provides a fully heated diffusing surface.
The internal ceramic surface of this replacement heater has a super slick surface, making it incredibly easy to clean – you only need to use a Q-Tip to remove the minimal oily residue behind at the end of your dab.
If you want to clean your heaters thoroughly, you can perform burn-off cycles, although the manufacturer does not recommend this. If done incorrectly and unnecessarily, it can cause heat stress to the heaters and may shorten their lifespan. Given the affordability of the heaters, you wouldn’t hesitate to keep them clean regularly.
These coils can last between 3-6 months of daily use as long as you clean them gently and carefully. If you do regular burn cycles, these heaters can last 1-2 months.
Recommended settings:
- TCR 200 – 36W – Temperature as desired – Vaping range 160-260C
- Burn-off cycles should be done at 36W on auto-fire until clean
- For a faster heat-up of around 8-9 seconds, you can run the heaters using a TCR of 200 at 50W and perform burn-off cycles at 42W for 1 minute, then 39W until clean
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the V5 Micro Diffuser?
The V5 Micro Diffuser is a 510-threaded offering from the Divine Tribe and SZ Crossing collaboration, thus the name Divine Crossing. Within the ceramic base and walls is a heated cup with elements, which makes temperature control accurate to around 10C. This also makes the dabbing surface almost uniformly heated.
What makes the V5 Micro Diffuser great?
What makes the V5 Micro Diffuser extremely efficient for micro-dosing with tiny dabs or for getting the most from larger loads is its accurate temperature control, a fully heated smooth ceramic cup surface, and the vortex airflow design.
Because of the ceramic cup, you get a pure and accurate flavor profile from your concentrates and very smooth vapor. The recessed window in the airflow cap allows you to see what is going on with your concentrates as you vape.
Can I use the V5 on wattage mode?
Yes, but you risk burning your material, which will reduce your experience. In terms of wattage mode, we recommend using a dedicated wattage-based coil or a diffuser/vaporizer, preferably with a stick-resistant surface such as Silicon Carbide (SiC).
What is the difference between the V5 and the V4 Crucible?
Similar to the V4 Crucible, the V5 Micro Diffuser is rebuildable with replaceable coils but has an upgraded heater installation design, airflow, functionality, and a directly heated dabbing surface! Its built-in heat sink is also very effective at stopping your mod from heating up, even when performing burn-off cycles.
Is the V5 compatible with V4 Crucible bottomless bangers and glass caps?
The V5 Micro Diffuser has its own range of glassware and has different dimensions.
